Our Story

River of Life Christian Center is a multicultural, non-denominational church in Everett, Washington, serving the greater Seattle area. Founded by Rev. Edmond Dankyi — originally from Ghana — we’re a family drawn from many nations.

Who We Are

What began as a small home cell group has grown into a family of approximately 80 members from many nations — Kenyan, Nigerian, Ghanaian, Congolese, Malawian, American, and more. We gather every Sunday in Everett, united by one faith and one mission.

We reach out to the outcasts, the lost — those who consider themselves desperately needing help. Jesus came to look for the lost. That’s who we are.

All services are in English, our congregation’s common language. As an African-rooted, multicultural congregation, we welcome believers and seekers from across Everett, Snohomish County, the greater Seattle area, and the Puget Sound region.

Eddie is committed to authentic community, biblical teaching, and advancing the Gospel through prayer and service.

Life Together

Being a family means showing up for one another and for our neighbors — through the year, and beyond our own walls.

Serving our neighbors

At our annual events

Kingdom Elders — Community Health Screenings

Licensed medical professionals from our congregation offer free blood-pressure checks, medication counseling, cancer-screening guidance, and health information — open to the whole community. The Kingdom Elders Ministry also cares for members 60 and older with fellowship and excursions, and reaches out to isolated elderly neighbors.

Every August

Back-to-School Support

We provide backpacks, books, and school supplies to local families — open to the whole community, not just members. We also partner with churches that don't have a program of their own.
